Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your post-pandemic attitudes and behaviors regarding live theatre!

Each question is optional. If you get tired of answering, just scroll to the end of the survey to submit the answers you've already given.

As a thank you for participating, we'll give you one week of full subscription access for every 3 questions you answer! That's 6 weeks if you answer them all! If you already have full access, we'll extend your subscription by that amount of time.
